The 9th annual 'Nocturnal Ball' was held at Metropolis Fremantle on 27th June 2005. The Nocturnal Ball is a fun and frivolous event for the hospitality and entertainment industry, giving the 'nocturnal workers' of Perth a chance to kick up their heels in a night a whacky costumes and fantastic entertainment. Showcasing a host of bands, DJ's, dancers and live acts throughout the night, CCP were approached to create a lighting spectacular that would be as memorable as the flamboyant characters that graced the renowned industry party.
With a truss circle and sail as the focal point on the stage, the room was alight with an array of Martin moving head fixtures, Pulsar ChromaBanks, Catalyst and DL1 projecting moving images and live camera footage onto the truss circle sail.
