Golden Stag Festival, Romania

CCP Managing Director Tim Bradsmith was once again the touring LD and Designer for the second leg Joe Cocker's recent European Tour. Commencing in Iceland, the tour covered 8 European countries in 4 weeks and finished up the run in Romania.

One of the highlighting events of tour was the Golden Stag Festival held in Brasov, Romania on September 20th. With a seated audience of 7,500, the event was a 16 camera shoot, live to air, broadcast to over 360 million people worldwide. Controlled by 1 x Martin Maxxyz Console and 1 x Wholehog Console, the massive rig consisted of:

The tour recommences in Tahiti in October and includes Australia and New Zealand, with the Perth show to be held in the intimate setting of Kings Park.
