Starlight Foundation

After coming across the CCP website, Tony Borger from the Starlight Children’s Foundation approached CCP about donating some equipment that was advertised for sale on the website to the Princess Margaret Hospital Starlight Theatre.

Of course CCP were happy to help and Camille Bradsmith and Megan Ward delivered a new smoke machine and bubble machine to the Theatre within the Starlight Express Rooms.

Camille and Megan got to see the amazing work that the Starlight Foundation do for hospitalised children throughout Australia and seeing the kids that get so much enjoyment from the time out and distraction from their time in hospital was just incredible.

Captain Starlight and the team were there to welcome them and have fun time with the kids, with Camille getting interviewed for the Starlight TV broadcast that goes to all the tv’s in the hospital. When asked about what shows CCP’s has worked on, the kids were very excited to hear Camille talk about the Wiggles and Hi 5, and the bigger kids were in awe to hear about the recent Big Day Out concert that CCP were involved with.
