Southbound Festival 2008

This year saw the whole team at CCP head ‘down South’ for the annual Southbound Festival, held on January 4th and 5th of this year.

The event which includes a Friday night concert for the revellers who took the opportunity to camp at the grounds, as well as an all day Saturday event, featured over 35 bands and numerous dj’s and performers.

Camille, Megan and Shannon began pre-production on the event months earlier, in the position of ‘Artist Liaison’. Liaising with artists and management and coordinating information from riders to ground transport to accommodation and access was all part of the job.

The rest of the CCP team continued in their capacity of providing the event with an incredible lighting production for the 2 main stages, the Big Top marquee and the Friday night camping stage.

With 20,000 elated punters, the event was classed as the best ever Southbound Festival and we’re all looking forward to next year.
